Before You Call

Why aren't prices listed on your website?

Every engagement is a custom production. Audience size, venue, travel, staffing, staging, and event format all shape what a show costs. No two events are the same, which means every quote is a conversation, not a number pulled from a chart. Fill out our booking form or call us and we'll give you a real answer based on what you're actually planning.

Can I receive a quote by email without speaking to someone?

All quotes are customized to your specific event. The most efficient path is a direct conversation. A few questions about your event, your venue, and your goals gets you to a real number. Start with our booking form and we'll take it from there, or call us directly at 360-289-0505.

How far in advance should I book?

The further in advance you reach out, the more likely you are to confirm the artist and date you want. Many of our artists book 6 to 12 months in advance, particularly for peak seasons and high-demand dates. That said, we always have artists who may be available on shorter timelines. If your event is coming up quickly, call us and we'll tell you what's possible.

Do you travel? How far?

Yes. The Hypnosis Company performs nationwide, all 50 states. Travel is a standard part of what we do. Depending on the engagement, multi-date routing and block booking opportunities can factor into travel costs. Worth discussing when we talk about your event.

Do you work with event planners and venue coordinators directly?

Yes. We work directly with event planners, venue coordinators, corporate event teams, student programming boards, fair and festival directors, and individual clients. Whoever is managing the event is who we work with. If you're coordinating on behalf of someone else, that's completely standard. Just let us know when you reach out.

Do you have artists available for last-minute or emergency bookings?

Sometimes. Availability for short-notice bookings depends on timing, location, and event type. If something has come up quickly, call us directly at 360-289-0505. If we can make it work, we will.

Can I book multiple services at once?

Yes. From comedy entertainment to full event consulting, we can often connect the right parts and pieces to make your event work. Tell us what you're building and we'll figure out what makes sense. Include the details in your booking inquiry or call us to talk it through.
